Assistant Engineer

Salary Range: $95,500 to $115,000

Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District (GCID) is seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Engineering position. We desire a highly motivated professional who is looking to exercise their knowledge and expertise in a real-world setting.

The District is implementing a $20 Million capital improvement program which will focus on replacing, updating, and modernizing its conveyance system, which is the largest in the Sacramento Valley. The position offers a great dynamic of field work, design, construction, GIS work, and engaging in water policy discussions.

All candidates must possess a valid California Driver’s License. Position offers competitive wages, generous benefits package including annual leave, pension plan, and paid holidays.
