Associate Civil Engineer - $97,947 - $119,017 annually
Senior Civil Engineer - $110,905 - $134,804 annually
This position will be filled at either the Senior Civil or the Associate Civil Engineer level depending on the experience and skill level of the selected applicant. Both levels require a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in civil engineering or agricultural engineering and possession of a Registered Professional Civil Engineer license issued by the State of California.
Under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, the position performs technically difficult and complex professional engineering office and field work associated with the planning, permitting, design, construction and operation of District water systems and facilities.
A typical qualifying entrance background is 3+ years of increasingly responsible and diversified civil engineering field and office experience and construction inspection; supervisory experience is desirable.
